Olympic challenge

It's you against no one else in this Olympic challenge. For six weeks, your body, your fitness and your strength will be challenged and tested. But ultimately, YOU ARE YOUR OWN COMPETITION. Participants will make their way through 8 stations in the Olympic arena, completing each station's exercises within an allocated time frame, based on your qualifying fitness level. There are four fitness levels. To achieve your next fitness level, you will be required to either increase your weight or your reps in the same allocated time frame.
