Their programmes and gym instructors are absolutely amazing. Its as good as having youe own personal trainer - they pay special attention to your work out routine and help you in every way possible. DBF is excellent. I absolutely love it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely love this place!! Its a personal and hands on approach to your goal of your dream body. Its full of encouragement and dedication as the team is always there for you using their knowledge and experience to apply the best suitable routines for each of your workout whilst you get a weekly a assessment to see your progression or down falls. Top!
Five rating indeed I have been to many gyms and felt intimated in terms of the machinery also staff but this was a wow factor for me all the staff are hands on at no cost and the gym itself is just welcoming anyone can really achieve a dream body at this gym it's in the branding dream body fitness check it out and sign up, never stop improving .
If you need a personalised approach to your training then DBF is the place to be. Each and every session comes with a personal trainer who will motivate you and cater to your individual needs. I am 3 weeks into my program and Gavin has been such a gr8 motivator. He has really pushed me to my fullest potential. Couldn't be happier ! Cedric has also trained me quite well, very professional and doesn't take nonsense hahha! It's a gym with a difference.
Absolutely amazing service at this gym. I love it. The trainers are friendly but they make sure you sweat. They even call you when you miss a session. Steve the owner knows everybody by name! This is the gym to join in Johannesburg.
I can't say enough good things about this spot. It's so clean, the trainers are amazing, and best of all they produce results! If you're thinking about joining my advice to you is to just do it!!

The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly!!!! I have only been a member of the gym for almost 6 weeks and I recommend it to everyone that's around the area. My weekly weigh-ins keep me in check and motivated....and the gold star I get at the end of each session puts a smile on my face. I don't see myself joining another gym again!
