A group fitness boxing and kickboxing workout that incorporates punching bag work, high-intensity interval cardio training, and interactive boxing simulations with the instructor during the workout.
There is something about a group training, bootcamp dynamic that brings the best out of people. It isn’t competition and it isn’t the fear of looking bad. It is, instead, a camaraderie that forms when people get together to do hard things and redefine what they are capable of.
Our 6-week and 12-week boxing bootcamps feature a fitness and weight-loss journey, designed to help you torch fat whilst building cardiovascular fitness and lean muscle. It starts with an INBODY Biometric Assessment to ascertain exactly where you are and features a weekly assessment with accountability video log to keep you honest and on-track.
6 days a week, you’ll be coached by some of the world’s best boxing and kickboxing coaches. Coach Elizier is a world champion in his weight class and coach Maurice has his fair share of medals too.
You won’t be punching anyone, nor will anyone be hitting you, you’ll simply be going through simulations and working with punching bags throughout your workout. A fierce calorie-burning fest that will make sure you reach your weight-loss goals super quickly.
