What is ABSolution?
It’s a gravity-fighting, body weight resistance training, high-intensity functional fitness class that shreds fat and rapidly builds core muscle strength.
It loads your lungs, increasing your VO2 Max and pushes your lower body and glutes miles outside of your comfort zone. Engaging the big muscle groups in functional movements triggers a fat burning furnace inside your body, whilst the resistance elements of the functional movements build deep, rock-solid strength around your core.

How does ABSolution work?
ABSolution is an instructor-led, group fitness class. There’s a brief calm before the storm as you warm up, which allows you to prepare your muscles for the can of whupass that’s about to be opened over the fat lurking in your core.
Then the work begins to build in intensity. Your instructor leads you through an intense 45-minute class that combines Body Weight Resistance Training, High-Intensity Interval Training, and Functional Fitness training to bring the heat to your core.
Throughout the workout, you’ll feel your core lighting up like a Xmas tree and your lungs going the extra mile to keep you in the game.
It’s an intense, dynamic experience that challenges you to the very core. If you need a moment to take a breather, that’s fine. You’re going to find it fairly tough initially but as you develop your core strength, you’re going to love challenging yourself to keep working until the final whistle blows.

What if I’m new to gym?
If you’re new to gym, this isn’t the a class we’d recommend for you at the start of your journey.
It’s a great workout to aspire to, but you’re going to need to build your core strength and physical capabilities first. An ABSolution class is a great fitness ‘bucket list’ for 4 to 6 weeks into your journey and we’d recommend you chat to one of our fitness marshalls about getting you prepared for this awesome experience.
If you’re working hard at gym but can’t seem to shed that last layer of belly fat, invest in the ABSolutioon experience and you’ll get ABs of steel and increased muscle definition as a return on that investment.
