If you’re looking for training that is going to melt fat, build a strong physique, and condition you for maximum stamina and endurance, look no further than our MELT 60 experience.

What is MELT 60?

MELT 60 is a dynamic, instructor-led group training class that includes kettlebells, plyometric/bodyweight resistance training, and high-intensity interval cardio that burns a colossal amount of calories in a very short space of time.

60 minutes to be precise.

At the beginner level, you’re looking to build strength, stamina and lean muscle fitness whilst the advanced level participants are looking to burn up to 1,200 calories per class, torch fat and increase lean muscle mass.

There’s a little magic in group fitness classes that push you to move a little faster, try a little harder, push through the barriers and flow out of your comfort zone. It’s an addictive experience that leaves you equal parts inspired and relieved when the 60 minutes are up.

How does MELT 60 work?

By rotating teams at different stations, according to their strength and fitness level, we create a group dynamic that is intense and engaged yet allows each group to participate at the level of intensity that is best suited to them.

You may be doing 10 kettlebell swings at a weight of 10kgs in your set whilst the advanced group are doing 20 kettlebell swing at a weight of 24kgs. You move at the pace and tempo that best suits where you are in your fitness journey.

The high-tempo music, group dynamic and personalised attention of our class instructor all combine to produce an experience that increases your enthusiasm at the same level as your heart rate.

What if I’m new to gym?

The MELT 60 fitness classes are part of the 6 week and 12-week body transformation programs and are designed to kickstart your body transformation into fat burning mode after about 3 weeks of training.

MELT 60 is an intense experience and so we don’t recommend you join a class right away, but your workout programs and our fitness marshalls will be preparing you for the MELT 60 down the line.

MELT 60 classes are a perfect way for you to meet people and integrate into our DBF community. You’re going to be moving at your own pace throughout the class but you’re also going to be stepping that pace up out of your comfort zone because that’s the dynamic of group fitness classes.

The music, the people, being inspired by others. It all combines to give you that extra boost which drives you through the 45 minute class.

MELT 60, along with our other group fitness classes are a great way to achieve your body transformation goals and they are included in the 6 and 12-week body transformation programs.

Over 70% of our membership have been where you are. They’ve been through the beginner phase and know what it’s like to walk into a class with butterflies flapping about.

You’ll find the class warm, welcoming and supportive. You’ll also find it to be the catalyst that accelerates weight loss and fitness in your body transformation journey.
