Dream Body Fitness host a combination of (1) High Intensity Interval Training, (2) Functional Fitness, (3) Aerobics, and (4) Mobility and Flexibility group fitness classes. They are designed to integrate into our 6-week, 12-week and 12-month Body Transformation Programs and accelerate your fitness, weight-loss and strength training goals. They also connect you to our awesome DBF community!
