Safari Cycle is our 60-minute High Intensity Interval Training class that torches fat and calories.
It’s a group fitness indoor cycling/spinning workout that incorporates high-intensity interval cardio training, exercise movements on the bike, and great music during the instructor-led workout.
It builds on the success of traditional spinning classes but includes more movements on the bike that aren’t traditionally included in spinning classes. These movements promote functional fitness, and develop core strength in addition to cardio fitness.
Whilst the class is designed to be intense, it’s also designed to meet you where you’re at. You’re able to spin at a lower level of resistance or move with a lower degree of intensity than others whilst you’re building your fitness and endurance levels.
