WHAT IS THE BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Designed by Steve Mululu and perfected by the Dream Body Fitness team, the 6-Week Body Transformation program combines instructor-led group training classes with Steve Mululu custom-designed training programs and a nutrition plan that incinerates fat and bodyweight. Consistently and Effectively over the 6-week journey.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We start with a full bio-metric assessment that includes your body fat percentage, weight and other lifestyle indicators to assess where you’re at and where we are going to be taking you over the 6-Week journey.
You will receive your nutrition plan for the next 6 weeks and your training programme is a variety of Dynamic Cardio, High Intensity Group Training Classes and Steve Mululu designed workouts that are proven to deliver results within the 6-week period.

Every week we have a weigh-in that includes a biometric body assessment to chart your progress and prove that you are achieving consistent wins.

Our Fitness Marshals and Instructors lead you through every step of your journey, making sure you’re getting the most out of your training and consistently achieving your goals.
